Say hello to Werter Krot!
It was my first two times at this university, and I spent it productively! I made a lot of contacts with companies that I hope to collaborate with in the future to create cybernetic hands like in a cyberpunk 2077😎
Internship ahead (I hope so)!!Invited by my CS teacher Celso, I visited new lab of Plako, with tons of raspberry pi. Never thought about using it on farms!
Me in the past would never have expected that I would pass this test. Although math was simple, I will miss my AnkiDictionary for SAT. Thanks to it, I know English better!
1490SAT and 130 Duo P_PAfter so many months, it's awesome to see lots of people in same situation as you. We should never underestimate importance of cultural richness. In that day of migrant, thank you, project INVOLVED!
After presentation, there was a small exposition, where I could show two my projects. Unexpectedly, representatives of DiRoots were interested in them. That's how I got friends from international company XD
Presenting a project in a strange country on a non-native language is an unforgettable feeling.
Gladly, video saved forever on youtubeI can't just stay on the same place so long. That's how I understood: you need to be solo-developer sometimes to see your success in the future.
This was the trailer.I haven't been abroad for a long time, so despite the reason for leaving, I was waiting and hoping for something good. And I was right! :)
*Photo from international Istanbul Airport. It's Huge!*
Not everyone knew about the departure for safety reasons, but my best friends and I made the most of those days:D We even organized a bicycle marathon across the entire St. Petersburg
That's then I made my own Telegram channel!
This school, like every other, was controversial. However, I still love it and call it 'my favorite,' as it fostered in me perseverance and academic discipline (and love for projects!). Hello from Portugal!!
In just a year, I've managed to understand how much more I have yet to learn. Nevertheless, I finally had a team with a designer, and there were like-minded people around. And I also realized that C# is easier than being a designer!
After tons of preparation, I participated in first worldwide competition! Work in a team - genually creative experience. Please, find me a designer D:
That is what I miss the most: the opportunity to participate in hackathons or olympiads. With Artyom, my best friend, I've always had this spirit of competition. I don't know how far I would go without it :)
After the selection, I got to WorldSkills for the first time. And Artem didn't XD. Okay, Sorry, just kidding, Artyom you're awesome. Well, it was fun, and now I can model and create 3D models with QR codes for advertising for bigtech
Cant wait to work in GoogleYou can consider this my major milestone. Despite our age, Artem and I passed the selection and were enrolled at Yandex, where we developed 6 projects! It was epic; now I know who these Cookies are🤫
I love music, and I really had a year that could be called "rock" - 2019. I'm still waiting for a metal band with a ukulele as the frontman.
My sister made one sad video actually about it hahaMy first code was in Pascal, but I consider it my greatest achievement. After all, I've met so many new people and friends along the way! I believe I can change this world for the better in my field through research and cooperation!
See you soon, my University!Evgenij Kolobov, Polina-Kira Zabolotskih-Nechaeva-Sestrica
